Set in the heart of one of Cornwall's most beautiful coastal towns, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, ground and allow the natural flow of your energy to return - gently, naturally and in rhythm with the sea.
Hosted in a beautifully restored Victorian school house, the venue blends historic character with warmth & comfort. Between sessions soak in the harbour views from the hot tub, gaze at the night sky by the fire pit and stretch your legs along the coastal path.
Leave feeling restored - anchored in rest, open in body and mind, and flowing with ease.

Arrive
Step out of daily life and into the rhythm of the coast. Gentle yin yoga, flowing into a soundbath and special welcome ceremony, allows your body to soften and your nervous system to settle.
Anchor
A balanced blend of yin and yang yoga, breathwork, sound and optional wild sea dips, settle your body and still your mind.
Flow
As you begin to feel safely anchored, your energy is able to flow more freely again, mirroring the ebb and flow of the tide. Wave-like movements, spacious breath and extended crystal reiki soundbath support release, circulation and renewal.

Soundbath series infused with intuitive Reiki
With Reiki Master Ems of Saltwater Gaia, we're delighted to bring you our Reiki soundbaths:
- Sunday 8th March, 11am - 12 pm
- Thursday 23rd April, 6 - 7 pm
- £20 p/person
Whilst you allow the soundwaves to wash over you and through you, Em's will intuitively channel Reiki to clear and balance your chakra system. Hands-on Reiki is also delivered where needed, and space may be held with crystal nets, helping to restore your equilibrium as you drift in a music meditation induced altered state of consciousness - so important for the wellbeing of our busy minds.
Partnering with local wellbeing professionals
Saltwater Gaia offers a range of energetic healing treatments and massage modalities with crustals at the core.
Based on the North Devon coast, Ems is a fully qualified and experienced Crystal Master Teacher. Additionally she holds four Master Teacher Reiki degrees.
